At Events in Ahmedabad, we strive to provide a smooth and reliable ticketing and event experience for all our users. Please read the following policy carefully before booking.
1. Ticket Cancellation
Once a ticket is purchased, it cannot be cancelled by the customer unless explicitly mentioned for a specific event.
Some events may allow cancellation within a given timeframe. These terms (if applicable) will be mentioned on the event details page.
2. Refunds
All sales are final and non-refundable, except in the case of:
Event cancellation by the organizer.
Event rescheduling where the new date/time does not suit the customer.
Duplicate payment due to a technical error.
In such cases, the refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 7–10 working days.
Any convenience/transaction fees charged at the time of booking are non-refundable.
3. Event Changes
Organizers reserve the right to make changes to event timings, venues, and schedules.
In case of postponement/rescheduling, your ticket will remain valid for the new date. If you cannot attend, you may request a refund as per Section 2.
4. Transfer of Tickets
Unless specifically restricted, tickets may be transferred to another person by contacting our support team at least 48 hours before the event.

Note: Events in Ahmedabad acts only as a ticketing platform. Final responsibility for refunds in case of cancellations lies with the respective event organizer.
