At Events in Ahmedabad, we provide a seamless digital delivery system for all event tickets. Please read our policy below:
1. Delivery Method
- All tickets are delivered digitally via:
- Email (to the registered email address).
- WhatsApp/SMS (if mobile number is provided).
- Download option from your booking confirmation page.
2. Delivery Time
- Tickets are usually delivered instantly after successful payment.
- In rare cases (due to technical delays or payment gateway issues), delivery may take up to 2–4 hours.
3. Non-Receipt of Tickets
If you do not receive your ticket:
- Check your spam/junk folder in email.
- Ensure that the email ID/phone number provided is correct.
- Contact our support team with your booking details.
4. Physical Shipping
- We do not ship physical tickets or passes unless specifically mentioned by the event organizer.
- Any merchandise or physical items (if part of the ticket/package) will be handled directly by the event organizer and their shipping terms will apply.
